Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and small differences between an image and the item you receive are normal and not a fault.
Fitting and loading
Specifications quoted on our product pages are the manufacturer's own. Where a supplier publishes no figure for a dimension, a weight or a size range, our page says so rather than estimating one. Nothing sold here is a veterinary product, a medicine or a feed, and no health claim is made for any of it. Our guidance on using a product is general information about the product, never advice about an animal's health, and it never replaces the instructions supplied with the item or the advice of a qualified vet. Heating, lighting and humidity equipment for a vivarium or an aquarium must be set up against a thermometer or a hygrometer at the animal's own level: the figures on a box describe the device, not the enclosure.
